We are seeking compassionate and skilled Mental Health Support Workers with experience in ASD to join our growing team. You will work closely with individuals to promote independence, enhance quality of life, and support mental well-being.

• Experience working with both mental health and ASD clients
• Provide person-centred mental health support.
• Assist clients with ASD in their daily living and social activities, and personal care.
• Implement behaviour support plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Foster independence and skill development.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others
• Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
• NDIS Screening Check - not essential but highly desirable
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is desired

As we are a small company there is great opportunity for the right candidate to move into support co-ordination or management.

Very competitive pay rates with more then $40 an hour.
