Recovery Alliance Care are looking for both disability and mental health support workers for the North and Western suburbs.

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate support workers to join our team to provide day support to our clients. You would be required to provide recovery-oriented supports to clients to achieve wellbeing goals, life skills, strengthen social connections, enhance support networks and grow confidence to live independently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others
• NDIS Screening Check - not essential but highly desirable
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is desired
