The Leadership Services and People Strategy team is a key part of the People and Culture Office (PCO), driving initiatives that enables Murdoch University's people and teams to succeed. Covering strategic human resources, organisational development, learning and performance, business partnering, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), the team works to create a dynamic, supportive, and high-performing environment. Equity, diversity, and inclusion is foundational to Murdoch University's identity and a core part of its origin story, shaping our values and vision. As a key strategic theme, EDI underpins the university's commitment to fostering a commitment to building a welcoming, diverse and inclusive community.

As the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Lead, you will be a vital part of the People and Culture Office, driving the integration of EDI principles across HR programs, policies, processes, and projects to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
This role works in close collaboration with the Office of EDI and has a dotted reporting line to the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, ensuring strong alignment with university-wide EDI strategies.
