When a child is diagnosed with cancer, it affects the whole family. In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide the best possible donor care for Redkite supporters, by ensuring that donations are processed accurately and in a timely manner and donor queries are resolved as quickly as possible.
This role is responsible for the processing of direct mail responses, direct deposits and other donations along with the coding of online donations, maintaining of accurate records within the Salesforce database and issuing tax receipts to Redkite supporters. This role will engage with Redkite supporters through various channels to enhance the supporter experience with the organisation.
This role will also manage the regular administrative tasks such as daily banking reconciliation, printing and management of receipts and sending of fundraiser information packs.
The Supporter Relations Officer reports to the National Individual Giving and Community Fundraising Manager.
