The Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner is responsible for providing high-quality Family Dispute Resolution services to individuals, couples, and families. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement parenting plans and property agreements when individuals are separating, have separated, or divorced. The Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner will work within a child-focused and culturally responsive practice model.

Registration with the Australian Government Attorney General’s Department of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRP) is essential.
Successful completion of the Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution or equivalent qualifications to obtain registration as an FDRP.
Demonstrated capacity to provide quality Family Dispute Resolution services, with the ability to undertake effective case management including administration tasks and updating client information software.
Professional knowledge relating to the area of family relationship issues, including the impact of conflict on children.
