We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our next phase of growth. You will report directly to the CEO and work across the full marketing mix. This is a hands-on, creative, and commercial role for someone who’s equally comfortable with big-picture strategy and day-to-day implementation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI
- Creating content for web, social media, email, and events (onsite and offsite)
- Updating and maintaining the website (Wordpress and Ecwid)
- Managing social media channels and community engagement
- Leading the production of e-newsletters and stakeholder updates
- Presenting strategies and results to the broader team
- Identifying new marketing opportunities and trends
- Working closely with sales and service teams to align marketing with business outcomes
- Supporting the marketing needs of our not-for-profit foundation
Essential Skills:
- A creative thinker with a business development mindset
- Experienced across multiple marketing disciplines
- Comfortable switching between strategy and implementation
- Skilled at stakeholder engagement and internal communication
- Passionate about the circular economy, sustainability, and social enterprise
- Excited by the opportunity to work for a fast-paced, mission-led organisation
- Comfortable analysing data and making evidence-based decisions
- Collaborative, curious, and able to pivot when needed
Additional Skills:
- Experience in the bicycle industry or active transport
- A strong interest in social justice, equity, or community engagement
- Prior experience in a values-driven organisation or start-up
