The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is an organisation that requires little introduction. As we fly towards our 100-year anniversary our name is cemented in Australian history as a trusted healthcare provider to the communities we serve.

Based in Surry Hills this role is required to provide efficient, high quality administrative support to the Office of the CEO. It’s a busy and varied role which requires someone with a flexible attitude to their work day and priorities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage calendar / diary management functions
• Book travel & accommodation
• Provide timely and accurate administrative support for the Office of the CEO and Executive Assistant
• Ensure that the office has supplies and amenities required for operation
• Assist with functions and events as needed

Essential Criteria for the role:

• Extensive experience in administrative positions
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships
• Proficient meeting minute taker
