About the Role

The Rostering Services Administrator supports the optimisation of staff scheduling functions with a strong focus on cost effective staff scheduling and resource planning, while remaining cognisant of staff wellbeing and operational needs.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support the development and maintenance of master rosters to ensure field team members meet service delivery requirements
  • Undertake daily time-in-attendance checks that align to operational activities and apply relevant allowance applications
  • Proactively identifies and resolves resourcing and rostering issues or is able to address the issues under guidance

To be successful, you will need:

  • Prior experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning (24/7 non-emergency patient transport services preferred)
  • An understanding of Enterprise Agreements and/or Modern Awards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and rostering programs, preferably Emplive and Workforce
  • Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.
