The need-to-know…

This is the ideal role if you love being outdoors & cruisy work hours! As Rise’s newest Gardening & Maintenance Worker, you will enjoy helping our Aged Care clients to remain in their homes for as long as possible by helping them around their gardens & homes. You will travel to various client’s homes & perform tasks including (but not limited to) lawn mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, pruning, leaf blowing, sweeping, & window & gutter cleaning.

This role is full-time, working Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.00pm across Perth’s metro area. You will be provided with all required equipment & tools, including your own work vehicle which you can take home & garage at your house (no need to drive to the office every day to pick one up!).

The need-to-have…

Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:

• General experience in gardening, home, and property maintenance.
• Experience using a variety of garden maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Ability to safely bend, kneel and lift correctly to perform duties safely.
• Well-developed communication & organisational skills.

Appointments to this position will be subject to a National Police Clearance / requires a driving licence, requires a pre-employment medical assessment.

Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
