Ronald McDonald House Charities is one of the leading Global and Australian children’s charities supporting the ever-changing needs of seriously ill children and their families. In-line with its mission, Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania (RMHC VIC & TAS) has dedicated more than 37 years to keeping families closer to their child with a serious illness who require treatment and support across Victoria and Tasmania.
We are currently seeking a People & Culture Coordinator who is passionate about all things people! Responsible for the effective delivery of core P&C processes across employee & volunteer lifecycles, this diverse role requires outstanding initiative, integrity and communication skills with an ability to be flexible and pragmatic.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, compliance, driving engagement and supporting L&D in both the employee space. The role also works closely with the Volunteer Engagement Manager, transferring key HR skills to the volunteer sector of the RMHC workforce.
This is advertised at a full-time role, but for the right candidate would consider a 0.8 role
