For over 30 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities has helped Western Australian families with sick kids stay together, and close to the medical care they need.
We are a global charity which provides programs and services for children and their families that positively impact their health and wellbeing within WA maternity, child and adolescent health systems.
The role is responsible for supporting the planning, development, facilitation and implementation of individual giving programs, including regular giving and gift in wills.
The role reports directly to the Executive Manager, Development and Brand Engagement and cross collaborates with teams to ensure a holistic approach to our donor centric fundraising practices.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in a similar, fundraising focused position.
To ensure success and fulfillment in this role, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, facilitate and develop an individual giving strategy.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills are paramount to ensure the effectiveness of the position.
Working with a highly engaged and capable team, we are seeking a collaborative and respectful leader who will value the great work done to date while brining fresh ideas and energy to the team.
