Key Selection Criteria:

  • Can you/are you comfortable to share your lived experience of suicide and explain your understanding of the impact it has on families, workplaces, friends and communities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multimillion-dollar service implementation or scaling of service delivery projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational leadership guiding teams towards achieving project objectives and outcomes (remote leadership experience highly regarded).
  • Proficiency in budget management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
  • Proven track record in building community ownership and partnership to promote long-term support of initiatives in services delivery projects (with a volunteer workforce highly regarded).
