<p>Roses in the Ocean is a national not for profit organisation founded on and operating through the lens of lived experience of suicide; we exist to save lives and reduce emotional pain. <p>Everyone who works within Roses in the Ocean has a lived experience of suicide which is defined as &lsquo;having experienced suicidal thoughts, survived a suicide attempt, cared for someone through suicidal crisis, or been bereaved by suicide.&rsquo;</p>
<h3>About the role</h3>
<p>As the Warmline Allocations Coordinator, you'll take on a varied and dynamic position, working under the direction of the National Warmline Coordinator to manage the daily operations of the Peer CARE Companion Warmline. Your responsibilities will include call allocation, building and maintaining quality data systems, and supporting and contributing to the implementation and expansion of the Roses in the Ocean the Peer CARE Companion Warmline service and Peer CARE Companion in community service and other services as required.</p>
<h3>Summary of responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Call Allocation &amp; Warmline Operations:</strong> Ensure prompt allocation of Warmline calls to Peer CARE Companions, enabling timely, needs-focused responses to service users.</li>
<li><strong>Data Management &amp; Reporting:</strong> Oversee robust data processes, analysing service trends, creating visualisations, and driving continuous improvement in our operations.</li>
<li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work with the National Warmline Coordinator and key team members to enhance processes, streamline service delivery, and train volunteers on tools like Volaby and Monday.com.</li>
<li><strong>Communication &amp; Relationship Building:</strong> Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain respectful, person-cantered communication with service users, volunteers, and third parties.</li>

<p>This role requires someone who combines exceptional organisational skills with an understanding of non-clinical peer led service delivery. You&rsquo;re calm, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.</p>
<h3>To succeed, you will bring:</h3>
<ul>
<li>A <strong>lived experience of suicide</strong> and an appreciation for its impact on families, workplaces, and communities.</li>
<li>Strong <strong>data analysis and reporting skills</strong>, with experience working in tools like Volaby, Monday.com, or SharePoint.</li>
<li>Proven <strong>interpersonal and communication skills</strong>, including the ability to sensitively manage relationships and engage in supportive conversations.</li>
<li>A passion for the not-for-profit sector and a commitment to Roses in the Ocean&rsquo;s values of Life, Connection, Collaboration, Humility, and Deep Listening.</li>
<li>Previous roles in peer work or peer mentorship are highly desirable.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required (time in lieu available).</li>
<li>Capacity to manage sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.</li>
