ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are on the lookout for a Plan Management Administrator to join our family-run small business based in Heidelberg or Shepparton.
Plan Managers provide financial intermediary services to NDIS participants and process payments for their service providers. This role supports our Plan Managers by organising their administrative duties, overseeing the reception tasks, and the execution of day-to-day processes.
The successful candidate will join a reputable Plan Management and Support Coordination agency working to provide quality, individual-focused support to a wide range of NDIS participants.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key components of this position include (but are not limited to):
- Perform reception, telephone, and general administrative duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors (Shepparton or Heidelberg office)
- Word processing of general correspondence with stakeholders, providers, and clients, meeting minutes, emails, etc
- Updating databases as required
- Document management
- Use the plan management and email software to effectively quality assure data entry of invoices and manage invoice enquiries
- Other administrative duties as required from time to time as required by the Plan Management team including outlook inbox management, filing, archiving, and other tasks as required
- Professional discretion and experience working with sensitive information
REQUIRED SKILLS
- No Plan Management experience required
- Sound computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
- Commitment to honesty, integrity, and supporting all people
- Mature and sensible work ethic with a commitment to NDIS and procedural compliance
- Self-motivated with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Well-developed ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
