At Royal Far West, we believe every child has the right to access the services they need to thrive, no matter where they live. From our Centre for Country Kids in Manly, we support children from rural and remote Australia with developmental, behavioural, learning, and mental health difficulties. We provide allied health programs on-site in Manly via telehealth and outreach into rural and remote communities.

This role is responsible for project managing existing and new cash-giving and acquisition campaigns, in particular direct mail appeals, from inception to implementation. This includes managing external relationships with fundraising agencies/suppliers, fulfilment, data selection and reporting.

You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure each campaign is delivered on time, within budget and in line with fundraising best practice. In collaboration with the IG Manager and Fundraising Data & Analytics Lead, the Individual Giving Coordinator will budget, analyse, track, report, and measure campaign success and return on investment to maximise growth opportunities and drive income generation from new and existing donors.

Essential Criteria

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in a role with appeals coordination and acquisition/digital responsibilities
  • Strong campaign or project management skills including the development of new innovative acquisition campaigns
  • Experience using a fundraising database – Salesforce preferred, or similar
  • Experience in digital and mail-based campaigns using email marketing software.
  • Experience coordinating Direct Mail and IG Acquisition campaigns from concept development to outcomes reporting.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, and strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A professional and mature persona
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as autonomously
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
  • Intermediate user of MS Office
