<h3>About the role.. </h3>
Join our dedicated team as a&nbsp;Psychologist and make a meaningful impact across our Inpatient, Day Program, and Outpatient services! As a key member of the Allied Health Department, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality Psychology services to our patients. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and participate in our Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) programs.

<h3>Key responsibilities include:</h3>
<ul>
<li>To provide high quality, evidence-based Psychology services to patients across the RRPP service, including inpatients, Day Program patients and fee-paying/NDIS patients.</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and their family/carers who are referred for Psychology input.</li>
<li>Educate patients, families, carers and other team members on the emotional consequence of illness.</li>
<li>Provide Psychology supports to staff on request in liaison with management.</li>
<li>Liaise with referrers regarding patient progress.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that the patient receives an integrated service that meets their needs.</li>
<li>Contribute to clinical discussions and goal setting at case conferences, goal setting meetings and family conferences; chair meetings as required.</li>
<li>Develop, document, and implement an appropriate client rehabilitation and discharge plan in consultation with patients, their family/carers and the multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Operate effectively with minimal direct clinical supervision (dependent on level).</li>

We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly individual with:
<h3>Essential criteria:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Masters Degree in Psychology with minimum 12 months postgraduate experience.</li>
<li>Current AHPRA registration.</li>
<li>Eligibility for membership with the Australian Psychological Society.</li>
<li>Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Sound time management and organisational skills.</li>
<li>Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth and development.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desirable Criteria:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience working within a private hospital or rehabilitation setting.</li>
<li>Experience working with adults with physical or cognitive disability.</li>
<li>Experience with staff and/or student supervision.</li>
</ul>
