About the Role

The Donor Relations Coordinator plays a vital support role across all of Rozana Australia’s fundraising and communications. Working closely with the CEO, you will coordinate donor-related activities and communications, build donor journeys, and help shape impactful appeals and engagement strategies that deepen donor relationships and advance Rozana Australia’s mission. Additionally, you’ll use your experience in website management or updating to maintain the Rozana Australia section of the website, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with our branding.

This role also involves managing Rozana Australia’s Salesforce CRM system, working with technical support to optimise its use as a powerful tool for data-driven fundraising strategies, donor journeys, and reporting.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating appeals, newsletters, and donor activities, including events and tours.
  • Managing donor relationships and CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate data, segmentation, reporting, timely receipting, and excellent donor stewardship.
  • Updating website content and performing basic video editing for donor engagement.

About You

To secure the role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or ADMA certification and/or Fundraising Institute Australia certification with at least 3 years demonstrated work experience in donor relations/stakeholder engagement.
  • 2-3 years’ experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) including inputting data, producing reports, managing data segmentation and problem-solving.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Ortto).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to create visually engaging materials (Canva experience desirable).
  • Experience coordinating event logistics and working independently on multiple projects.
  • Alignment with Rozana Australia’s mission, values, and commitment to social inclusion and equity.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, with a National Police Check and Working With Children Check required.
  • Must be willing to work outside of standard office hours on occasion to attend events and meetings.
