Here's how you'll make a positive impact for animals:

  • Become a Champion for Donors: Provide efficient Regular Giving program administration and deliver exceptional customer service to maintain strong donor relationships.
  • Support Multi-Channel Giving: Contribute to Acquiring and Retaining regular donors, working across our multi-channel fundraising campaigns including the new Face-to-Face fundraising project.
  • Stewardship & Retention Expert: Help implement strategies to keep donors engaged and grow the impact of the regular giving program.
  • Data & Privacy Advocate: Ensure accurate data management and donor privacy compliance.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues across the organisation to achieve program goals.

We’re looking for someone with

  • A passion for fundraising.
  • Experience in a similar role that requires excellent customer service, strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High level literacy, numeracy and problem-solving skills, including intermediate computer skills (including use of Microsoft Office Excel).
  • Ability to work in high performing fundraising team.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment.

Highly regarded

  • Understanding of CRM database management and data driven marketing best practice.
  • Previous experience in a fundraising role.

Recruitment Requirements

  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Current and valid driver’s license.
