Your new role

Due to internal growth and the expansion of our Op Shops - We are recruiting a paid Store Manager to lead our Ferntree Gully Op Shop volunteer team in a permanent full-time capacity. Reporting to the Op Shop Network Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the current team of volunteers while overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure its profitability, sustainability and positive presence within the local community. We are looking for someone who is creative and loves to recycle pre-loved goods, with all proceeds helping animals in need!

What we are looking for from you

• Previous experience in retail is a must. Leadership or management positions will be highly regarded
• Experience and motivation to achieve monthly sales targets and yearly KPI’s
• Flair for visual merchandising. Make your store your own and show off the unique voice of your team and community!
• Leading and motivating a team of volunteers
• Managing stock levels and sorting of donations

Recruitment Requirements

• Current and valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
• Valid Employee Working With Children’s Check.
