In this dynamic role, you’ll lead and manage our peer-to-peer and community fundraising programs, and apply your expertise and experience by establishing new programs- regular giving and annual appeals. The Individual Giving Manager is a full-time role, responsible for developing, leading and delivering individual giving programs that will grow R U OK’s supporter base, deepen loyalty and increase overall revenue and profitability in support of our mission and work. The role requires agility, nimbleness, tact and independence.
The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for driving revenue, acquiring new donors, and retaining existing donors. This will be achieved by developing new, multi-channel programs, inclusive of annual appeals and regular giving. This role will drive and further develop peer-to-peer and community fundraising programs. The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for briefing and managing agency partners, monitoring channel performance and identifying opportunities for tactical changes to optimise ROI.
