In this Sydney based dynamic role, you’ll be supporting the marketing and communications portfolio to develop and implement marketing, media and PR activities.

The Role:

• Effective coordination of marketing and communications briefs, from conception through to final versions and delivery including internal and external traffic management.
• Support the activation of R U OK? messaging across all of population.
• Assist the marketing team to maintain strong working relationships with media and creative agencies, suppliers, sector partners and external stakeholders.
• Providing accurate and timely administration and logistics support to the marketing and communications portfolio.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone with at least two years experience in a marketing and/or communications role.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including a sound understanding of the marketing mix.
• Related university degree or higher education qualifications desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and proof reading skills.
• Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and track work to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Mac OS, and CRM use (Salesforce desirable).
• Demonstrated experience using digital platforms, for example, Campaign Monitor, JotForm, Monday.com, LinkedIn, Meta, and Vimeo.

The successful candidate will require a valid working with children certificate and police check, and be eligible to work in Australia.
