Lead a skilled and enthusiastic team to amplify and embed the R U OK? message year-round across all of population. We’re looking for a strong communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills. The role requires a strategic thinker with drive and initiative who will identify opportunities and successfully develop and implement plans.

The role

  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies and plans.
  • Manage five direct reports.
  • Increase R U OK? awareness and engagement across all of population.
  • Analyse key metrics and data trends to inform decision making.
  • Reinforce and protect the reputation and relevance of R U OK?.

Who we’re looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • At least five years’ experience in a senior management role in marketing and communications.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Highly developed strategic marketing, communications, project management and budgeting skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and effectively manage the performance, output and development of direct reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Mac OS, and CRM use (Salesforce desirable) and experience using relevant digital platforms and tools.
