Are you a community-focused, highly organised, and effective communicator with at least two years experience in client management, business to business or fundraising roles? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to be part of a high-performing team dedicated to making a real impact?

In this dynamic, Sydney-based role, (Hybrid: 2 days Barangaroo – minimum / 3 days working from home) you'll play a key part in supporting the Partnerships, Fundraising and the Merchandise team.

You’ll play a critical, supportive role in ensuring the future growth of R U OK? as we further develop our philanthropic relationships with a generous community of individuals and corporate citizens.

about you

The role requires the ability to work both efficiently and collaboratively, driving impact, engagement and fostering meaningful connections. A key aspect of the role involves delivering exceptional customer service to individuals and stakeholders - both virtually and in person – and providing support utilising your data management, writing, research, and relationship management skills.

Strong administrative and organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement are crucial for success.

The successful candidate will require a valid working with children certificate and police check, and be eligible to work in Australia.
