Are you a team player that has at least three years experience providing operations and co-ordination support to a program, project, or campaigns team? The position requires a candidate with experience in administration, data collation, and reporting. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential.

This new role is Sydney based and currently supports a team of three to deliver programs and projects that encourage life-changing conversations and build engagement with workplaces, young people, students and educators.

The role:

  • Provide administrative and operations support for the Programs portfolio.
  • Manage data and stakeholder information using the CRM, and digital platforms and tools.
  • Prepare reports, including research and metrics.
  • Coordinate event and travel logistics, office administration and project plans.
  • Maintain currency and accuracy of program resources and collateral.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Someone with at least three years’ experience providing operations and co-ordination support to a program, project or campaigns team.
  • A highly organised person with the ability to develop goals, plans, allocate resources, priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in using digital tools and platforms designed for project planning and stakeholder collaboration (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, Mac OS, CRM (Salesforce desirable).
  • Confidence collating and presenting data and metrics.
  • A strong communicator with attention to detail.
  • Motivated, self-driven individual who is confident being the go-to person for program portfolio operations.
  • Appropriate qualifications in program or project management, data and information systems, business administration, or equivalent field.
