About the Role

In the new AN-ACC world, we are looking for somebody internal to drive the documentation, assessment and revenue management across our villages. This role is a fulltime *roaming position working Monday to Friday across our Villages in the Bellarine Peninsula (Highton & Ocean Grove) with very occasional visits to our other sites in Melbourne.

*As this is a roaming role a great travel bonus applies!

In this role you will:

  • Collate and complete pre-admission AN-ACC evidence. Ensuring this is complete in preparation for assessment by the Assessment Management Organisation
  • Gather AN ACC and ACFI data; informing management on revenue and expenditure related to ACFI and AN ACC
  • Organise external assessors visiting for the purpose of AN ACC assessment, ensuring required access to information is provided and communication to residents, relatives and staff has occurred
  • Confirm Admission/transfer and discharge information of every resident into PRODA on the day of change
  • To check AN ACC class and status on a daily basis and update records accordingly

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

  • A tertiary degree in Nursing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - Liaising with our clinical teams, residents and relatives, GP's and allied health is a large part of your duties
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Good understanding of the new AN-ACC model
