As a qualified Support Worker Home Care, your main responsibility will be to help our clients within their homes to maintain a level of independence, assisting with day-to-day activities and improving quality of life.
You will be working with clients in St Kilda and Melbourne surrounds.
A high level of empathy and understanding for people from a variety of backgrounds will be key to your success. Our ideal candidates will be comfortable handling complex behaviours, with the resilience and empathy needed to take any situation on the chin.
The successful candidate will have:
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate are essential, however, if you have not obtained either the clearance or the certificate, don’t let this stop you from applying for this wonderful opportunity.
