This is your opportunity to assist people from diverse backgrounds to live the best and most independent life they can. As a qualified casual Support Worker Home Care, your main responsibility will be to help our clients within their homes to maintain a level of independence while assisting them with day-to-day activities and improving upon their quality of life.
While working mostly within the Northern Suburbs; a typical day would look like:
A high level of empathy and understanding for people from a variety of backgrounds will be a key to your success. Our ideal candidates will be comfortable handling complex behaviours, with the resilience and skills needed to respond appropriately to any situation.
The successful candidate will have:
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate are essential, however, if you have not obtained either the clearance or the certificate, don’t let this stop you from applying for this wonderful opportunity.
