We are seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our Talent Pool on a casual basis. The Casual Support Worker provides high quality, person-centred, and responsive support services to people who access Sacred Heart Mission services. This can be in an Engagement Hub, Crisis Accommodation, or Ongoing Support.

Your day-to-day

The Casual Support Worker will work varied hours. It may be an overnight shift at our Women’s Crisis Accommodation or supporting clients in an Engagement Hub where over 300 people can come through in a day. It will entail providing information, support, or referrals.

We’re looking for someone:

• With relevant degree or above qualifications
• High level interpersonal skills
• Capacity to work collaboratively with others
• Dynamic and motivated team player
• Resilience, flexibility and adaptability
