This role will work with the CEO to develop and lead the transformation agenda. You will be a key agent in leading change, strategy development, refinement and execution. The essence of this role is to work with multiple stakeholders in development of the business to achieve an ambitious program of innovative delivery, development and service provision. This will build on an outstanding record of service provision for which this organisation is well known.

You have a significant transformation background and may possess any of a wide range of academic qualifications. Your grasp of strategy and your ability to turn it into implementation is a particular strength, as is your ability to inspire, communicate with and impress an extremely wide range of stakeholders, from the boardroom to the operational front-face. You are gifted in managing complex programs of projects/ activities on time, within budget whilst exceeding expectations.
