SAL Consulting Group is a consulting organisation with a focus on working with complex individuals, systems and organisations across Australia. We work with children, young people and adults; people with a disability; people who have mental health support needs, people who have experienced trauma, their families, and the organisations and government departments that support them.
Creating strong, collaborative relationships with individuals and organisations plays an integral part in SAL Consulting Group practice and ethos. SAL Consulting Group provides a range of service types including Clinical / Behaviour Support, Clinical Supervision, Therapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Training and Organisational Practice and Professional Development.
The successful candidate will be given an opportunity to participate in improving other people’s lives by delivering high-quality, person-centred services, working with a range of clients across a range of care needs from short-term involvement, to complex, long-term needs. This will involve, but is not limited to:
The position will be based in Perth and will include some travel for specific work around the Perth area. The successful candidate will also get an opportunity to travel to remote areas and interstate and collaborate with SAL Consulting Group’s teams in other states, if desired. There is also an option to work from home for administration / report writing.
The position is suitable for experienced practitioners as well as recent graduates as we aim to tailor a caseload, supervision and training to our practitioners’ specific needs.
The consulting nature of the job provides our practitioners with flexibility, work diversity and an ability to manage their own time.
