Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising SANE’s Salesforce systems, including user and license management, support, training, managing data, maintaining security
standards, and system upgrades to ensure effective utilisation of Salesforce tools to meet
organisational requirements.

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage Changes to the Platform
    • Conduct and action regular Salesforce platform health checks.
    • Support platform release management.
    • Support business process automation.
    • Work closely with the Salesforce Platform Manager
  • Maintain System, Security and Integrity
    • User management including security and sharing settings.
    • Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.
    • Manage and monitor data backup and restore data as required.
  • User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction
    • Monitor and action end user requests and support for Salesforce.
    • Prepare and provide reports, dashboards, training and documentation as needed.
  • Data Quality, Integration, Migration and Maintenance
    • Maintain Salesforce platform for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.
    • Complete bulk imports of data using the data loader.
    • Support integration with third party apps and tools.

Qualifications & Experience Essential:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent)
  • Tertiary qualified with a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Information Technology (IT) /Information Systems (IS) or Business degree with a heavy focus on IT/IS
  • Highly collaborative and able to work and communicate equally well with other technical team members and business users from the fundraising, partnerships and services team.
  • Knowledge of IT security and governance processes.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its workflows, automations, validation rules, profiles, and permissions.
  • Full Working rights in Australia
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience in Salesforce end user support

Desirable:

  • Experience in Nonprofit cloud, Service cloud and/or Experience cloud
  • Experience in Twilio, Campaign Monitor, Conga, and/or Raisely.

Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days per week (full-time) in office unless otherwise agreed. Hybrid working days in the office may be increased or adjusted following consultation and as required by your team, manager and the operational requirements of SANE.
