Join the Save the Children team contributing to strategic development and delivery of international programming, both in humanitarian and development contexts in the Pacific Region. The role will join the Pacific Program Operations team and provide operations support aimed at ensuring the Pacific country offices and regional office deliver quality operations and meets its dual mandate programming across the region.

In this full-time permanent position, you will provide technical operations support to Country Offices (COs) to ensure program operations are efficient and of the required scale and impact. You will be expected to ensure quality of operational delivery through supportive monitoring. This role reports to the Pacific Regional Program Operations Director.

Position Description: - Pacific Program Operations Advisor
This is a dynamic field-focused role, that provides Program Operations advisory support to our Pacific Country Office teams charged with delivering impact for children. This role is focused on capacity strengthening of our excellent cohort of project managers working in both development and humanitarian contexts. Candidates from the region with strong international development project management experience and a solutions-focused approach are encouraged to apply. The role will involve regular travel and candidates should be flexible and mobile.
