You will be part of the Pacific PDQ team and be responsible for leading our Pacific MEAL Uplift initiative, including overseeing the rollout of support to our country offices to improve the delivery of high-quality monitoring, evaluation and learning systems, tools, practice and processes across the region.
This is being offered as an initial 9-month fixed term contract on a full-time basis, with strong potential for further extension beyond this or transitioning into a permanent contract.
You will make an impact in the following areas:
You are highly analytic, a systems thinker, and bring significant experience in MEAL capacity-building and you have exceptional inter-personal and cultural-sensitivity skills. You are someone who thrives in agile environments and you can work to tight deadlines while managing multiple stakeholders.
This role suits those who champions capacity building, including training, supervising, coaching and mentoring, and who work to continuously adapt and improve approaches to deliver results. You will be determined to make a difference.
