We're seeking applications for a Project and Awards Coordinator to join our Climate Change Division (CCD) at Save the Children Australia. This is a part-time (0.5 FTE), permanent role as part of a job-share arrangement, designed to support the operational oversight of our CCD portfolio. The position is flexible, remote or hybrid, ideally located in Asian or Australian time zones.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective project and award management across the GCF portfolio. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, maintain operational controls, and support monitoring and risk management processes to enhance project success.
You are a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with experience in project and award management. You thrive in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and have a strong understanding of financial tracking and donor compliance. You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams across different time zones and are committed to climate resilience and sustainable development.
