Here you're empowered to make a difference in children's lives. Your role will involve leading a diverse team of volunteers, inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store targets. From managing volunteer rosters to spearheading local marketing campaigns, you'll play a pivotal role in maximising profits while creating positive change. You will be an integral part of our Western Australian Retail team and report to our State Retail Manager for Western Australia. Daily travel within metropolitan Perth will be required, as well as occasional weekend and evening work.
