In this full-time, permanent* role, you'll work as a part of our Technology team in Melbourne or Brisbane to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Service Desk Analyst plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether talking one of our retail volunteers through a Point-of-Sale issue, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for our new team members, or assisting staff on-site tech issues at one of our kindergartens, you'll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
Your deep expertise in understanding our people's technical challenges, troubleshooting, and driving through to resolution is invaluable.
