In this part-time permanent position (3 days per week), work every Tuesday from our head office in Carlton, with the make-up of the other two days being fully flexible, depending on your preference! You'll be one of the operational voices and faces of the organisation, caring for the day-to-day needs of our potential and existing supporters. You will be part of our Fundraising team and report to our Supporter Care Manager.

You're committed to ensuring timely and on-brand responses to supporters following prescribed processes and are also comfortable improvising when needed.
