Provide guidance and technical knowledge to the business in relation to workplace health, safety and security, building capability and commitment at all levels. Ensure adequate controls and measures are in place and working effectively.

In this full-time, permanent position, based in Carlton* (or another location - we're flexible for the right candidate) you will help drive cultural and behavioural change to ensure all employees, volunteers, partners and representatives understand health and safety to be everyone's responsibility. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you will be a part of the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) team, responsible for developing a fit-for-purpose WHS system, appropriate for the dynamic contexts in which we operate.

Position Description - Workplace Health & Safety Manager
*While COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are in place, this role works remotely (i.e. from home or an alternative location). Once the pandemic restrictions are lifted, the role will be based in our office in Carlton or, if an interstate candidate is appointed, an office proximate to their location.
