As a key member of the Business Operations team, you will have responsibilities across finance, compliance and reporting, human resources, payroll and other business operations. You will support the Business Operations Manager and Senior Leadership Team, while being able to operate independently, to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the business; perform month/year end processes and reporting; ensure regulatory, statutory and contractual obligations are met; manage the payroll function; engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders; and be a key point of contact on all financial and accounting matters for the organisation.

You will have tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar field; preferably 5 years or greater relevant work experience working in financial and compliance related roles; and advanced Excel skills, accounting and payroll system skills and knowledge (Preferably Xero and Employment Hero).
