  • Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 plus Superannuation (pro-rata given 0.8FTE - salary to be negotiated and commensurate with capabilities and qualifications)

About the role

As a key member of the Business Operations team, you will have responsibilities across finance, compliance and reporting, human resources, payroll and other business operations. You will support the Business Operations Manager and Senior Leadership Team, while being able to operate independently, to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the business; perform month/year end processes and reporting; ensure regulatory, statutory and contractual obligations are met; manage the payroll function; engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders; and be a key point of contact on all financial and accounting matters for the organisation.

About you

You will have tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar field; preferably 5 years or greater relevant work experience working in financial and compliance related roles; and advanced Excel skills, accounting and payroll system skills and knowledge (Preferably Xero and Employment Hero). Your personal attributes and qualities will include:

Australia and New Zealand have the highest incidence of skin cancer in the world. The Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA) is the non-profit, peak body representing primary care skin cancer practitioners in both Australia and New Zealand.

SCCA provides a strong and collective voice to skin cancer medicine practitioners, leading education excellence and ensuring high quality, equitable access to the diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of skin cancer to patients and communities across Australia and New Zealand.
