- Part-time employee - 3 days / 22.5 hours
- Reporting to the finance manager
- Salary package $86k (pro-rata) inclusive of superannuation
- Not for profit salary packaging benefit -$15,9000 tax free salary
Finance
- On time and accurate Preparation of Management and Financial Reports
- Monthly and end of year reports for SCF
- Monthly and end of year Reports for SCF Gives
- Preparation and reporting for Finance Committee meetings
- Other reports as required by the CEO & Board including annual budgets, donations and granting
Management of Compliance
- Audit and financial statements preparation including assisting external auditors
- Management and oversight of PAYG Tax, Super liabilities and Staff Benefit Cards
- ATO, ACNC and Workcover and other returns
Donation Process
- Invoice preparation, follow and distribution
- Donation reconciliation
- Donor statement preparation and distribution
Purchases Process
- Supplier invoice entry
- Electronic payment preparation
- Employee expense claims
- Business credit card expense reconciling
- Remittance distribution
- Supplier contact and liaison
- Filing and retrieval of documents
Banking and Payroll Process
- Update master file for new or changed employee details
- Payroll processing and electronic payment preparation
- STP Payroll reporting
- Distribution of Pay advice
- Superannuation compliance
- PAYG compliance
- Managing Leave Register
