The Sydney Women’s Fund (SWF), a Key Impact Fund of the Sydney Community Foundation (SCF), is committed to advancing safety, independence, and economic equity for women and families across Greater Sydney.

The Doorways to the Future program addresses the intersecting disadvantages faced by women in Western and South-Western Sydney. Through this initiative, we will foster collaboration among local leaders, changemakers, and organisations to catalyse sustainable, community-led change.

Commencing in Liverpool, the program will expand to other target geographies in Western Sydney, building on SWF’s decade of place-based work in communities such as Warwick Farm, Bankstown, Fairfield, and Claymore.
