The Office of the Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor drives the development of the University’s research strategy and is responsible for enhancing the University’s research, researcher development, research ethics, communication of research impact and research innovation profile as well as the creation, support and advancement of local, national and international research collaborations and partnerships.
The Research Ethics Officer is responsible for the internal management of research ethics policies and procedures, providing expert advice to the University about its obligations and responsibilities concerning the conduct of research and teaching involving human participants in research and teaching, and research integrity.
