Southern Cross University’s Faculty of Health is seeking a Research Fellow who will lead the coordination and implementation of research activities for the PREDICT (Prevention & Early Delirium Identification Care Toolkit) Trial.
This research-focused role is funded by a NHMRC Partnership Grant and provides an early career researcher with the opportunity to develop/expand their track record, develop leadership capacity, and produce impactful research to support older adults and their family carers’ wellbeing and improve health care service delivery.
A core part of this postdoctoral role will be to develop research leadership skills within a program of research on the promotion of supporting partnerships with family carers to prevention delirium.
