Are you passionate about climate justice and want to be part of a movement led by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people? Join our fundraising team!
Seed is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth-led organisation and we strongly encourage First Nations young people to apply; however this is one of few roles that is also open to non-Indigenous identifying people to support Seed’s impact and growth over the first year of our new strategic plan, we’re opening this position for the right allies to stand alongside us and help raise the funds for our work!
Australia’s first Indigenous youth-led climate network. We are building a movement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people for climate justice. Our vision is for a strong and connected network of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people who are empowered and leading the fight for climate justice.
The Regular Giving Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing Seed’s most sustainable revenue stream, our regular giving program. This is a critical stream that will help ensure organisational fundraising targets are met; enabling Seed to continue thriving as an impactful organisation.
This is an enjoyable and complex program to coordinate, involving managing a team of casual staff who hold certain projects and form our in-house calling team. This program has existed for many years, and this role is designed to continue its long-term success by focusing on growing and diversifying the program further.
This is an exciting moment in time to join the team and lead this program. Seed has just completed a new strategic plan, outlining our vision and goals for the next three years. By joining our team and taking on this role, you will be able to help us build sustainability over this period and beyond!
Formal education and qualifications matter less to us than passion, initiative and drive. If even a couple of these criteria speak to you, you could be who we’re looking for and we’d love for you to apply!
