Sefa Partnerships is looking for a Head of Programs to join our team for an initial period of 6 months.

The role will include co-leading our fee-for-service engagements [including some direct facilitation work], managing existing and new collaboration partnerships and supporting the development of new business opportunities.

There are technical elements (e.g. development and administration of collaboration processes) and there are capability building elements (e.g. design and delivery of products, workshops and learning outcomes including supporting clients to access resources) to the role.

Facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management and analysis skills are essential competencies for this work.

The role with share responsibility with the Head of Sefa Partnerships for the development of new work and on other aspects of business development, including some proposal writing and administration of existing programs.

The role will work with the Head of Sefa Partnerships, the Board, and co-workers, to support the delivery of strategy and design programs and products that will ensure the long term sustainability of Sefa Partnerships.

The role will support the Head of Sefa Partnerships and work closely with the team at our sister organisation Sefa Ltd, an impact investing specialist, as well as with other key partners.

The work will help build and maintain Sefa Partnerships’ track record in supporting the capacity and sustainability of impact organisations. In doing so it will be helping our clients improve social outcomes in communities across Australia. You will be working towards providing equitable access to capability and capital for purpose-driven organisations.
