Job details:

  • Full-time, 12 months with possibility of extension. 
  • Hybrid working arrangements: Heatherton office and from home

The Role:

As a Project and Administrative Officer within the DEIS team, you will play a crucial role in supporting operational and project-related activities. This position involves:

  • Assist in enhancing existing systems and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Prepare and update operational and project documentation to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring objectives are met within schedule and budget constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records, including invoice tracking and data analysis, to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, minute taking and managing documentation, to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • A degree in Project Management or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination/support within a health or community setting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • High-level administrative and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
