Seville Community House is an incorporated association, and registered charity and part of a network of Neighbourhood Houses working to provide quality, low-cost courses and activities in response to community need.

THE ROLE

This is an ongoing part time position of a minimum of 24 hours per week. Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Neighbourhood House & Adult Community Education Centres Collective Agreement 2016, Level 6.1.

The Seville Community House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and financial supervision of Seville Community House and to oversee the development and delivery of programs and activities that meet the needs of the local community.

The position will develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally with the Board of Governance, staff, tutors and volunteers and also with the broader community. This will include representing Seville Community House within the service sector, working cooperatively with Local, State & Federal Government departments and active participation in relevant networks.

Conditions

  • Rate of Pay $51.89 per hour (negotiable)
