This role has primary responsibility for the wellbeing of the College community, including student leaders and individual residents and overseeing resident wellbeing programs.

The role requires a person with an empathetic manner and knowledge of wellbeing and pastoral care of young adults as well as an understanding of residential environments.

It also involves mentoring and supporting student leadership teams. Some after hours work is involved. The position may be residential or non-residential.
