The role of Dean may suit someone with a psychology, counselling or social work background or someone with a good understanding of University College environments. You will work as part of a small team to deliver desired outcomes for the College.

The Dean will assist with developing the student leadership teams, drive programs to develop community and wellbeing amongst residents, support individual resident wellbeing, and support the Shalom Gamarada Indigenous Residential Scholarship program and the needs of the College's Indigenous residents.
