The Siddle Family Foundation (SFF) is the philanthropic arm of the broader Siddle Family Office (SFO) and exists to fulfil the philanthropic endeavours of the Siddle Family.
At SFF, we're dedicated to creating positive change across the Northern Rivers and Mid North Coast of NSW through strategic community investment. Over the past three years, we've refined our approach to focus on funding entrepreneurial community leaders who can drive sustainable solutions in affordable housing, income generation, community connection and belonging.
By providing flexible, long-term support and a comprehensive suite of resources, we can help community leaders address critical community gaps and build resilient organisations that will continue to serve their communities long after our 10-year funding commitment. To do this we go beyond traditional funding and actively using our knowledge, expertise, and networks to amplify our Partners' visions for change.
To realise our vision, we are launching the SFF Growth Initiative - a 10-year funding initiative that will back entrepreneurial community leadership through multi-year investments, organisational development support, and provide access to innovation and capital funding. This new program is designed to accelerate community transformation by providing a facilitated process to selected SFF partners to create a comprehensive organisational 10-year plan. The program includes funding for a range of consultancy or other strategic advice to support organisations to think systemically and long term about their impact.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the design, implementation and development of our Growth Initiative. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of community investment in regional Australia by supporting organisations to develop and execute ambitious, long-term strategic plans.
